The Western Star and Freightliner dealership in Victoriaville has obtained the prestigious Elite Support Certification and joins the renowned network of 340 North American dealerships holding this designation!
Elite Support is a certification implemented by the manufacturer Daimler Truck North America (DTNA). It aims to ensure an enhanced and standardized customer experience, along with a vision focused on continuous improvement across the DTNA network.
