The management team at Camions BL is proud to announce the creation of 4-day workweek positions. The goal of this initiative is to promote better work-life balance, attract potential candidates, and improve employee retention.

Many of our employees have children. We want to retain our people and allow them to thrive in their personal lives so they can perform well at work.”

To achieve this, management has implemented a 3-week rotation system. In order, employees will have a day off on Monday, then Wednesday, followed by Friday and Monday off, allowing them to enjoy a 4-day long weekend every two weeks (Saturdays and Sundays are off).
