Planned phases
Phase 1 (early Sept 2025 to end of April 2026)
- Construction of the new garage
- Transfer of mechanical operations to the new garage
Phase 2 (early April 2026 to July 17, 2026)
- Renovation of the current workshop into a parts store and shipping/receiving area
- Civil work related to the yard, new vehicle lot, and employee parking
Phase 3 (August 1, 2026 to end of December 2026)
- Renovation of the southwest and southeast sections to create new customer areas (parts and service)
- Addition of offices on the ground floor and second floor
- Reconfiguration of employee areas (locker rooms, break room, restrooms)
- Completion of exterior layout
