For the sixth consecutive year, the Western Star and Freightliner dealership in Granby has earned the prestigious Elite Support Certification!
Elite Support is a certification implemented by the manufacturer Daimler Truck North America (DTNA). It aims to ensure an enhanced and standardized customer experience, along with a vision focused on continuous improvement across the DTNA network.

As a result, Camions BL customers have access to express diagnostic services, employees trained according to the latest industry standards, a shuttle service, and a comfortable waiting area. In addition, several continuous improvement initiatives are implemented each year to optimize the customer experience.

To obtain the Elite Support certification, the dealership must meet more than one hundred excellence criteria that impact all departments. These criteria relate to various elements such as procedure implementation, training, facilities, cleanliness, and more.
