What is the "Towing/Roadside assistance" extended warranty?
Answers:
It may happen that you need towing or roadside assistance. With this warranty, part of your costs will be covered depending on the deductible you choose.
The towing service will take you to the nearest Freightliner/Western Star dealer, and then we will file a claim for your towing bill. Whether the breakdown is covered under warranty or not, the towing will be covered.
If you have a roadside assistance bill and an extended Towing/Roadside assistance warranty, you can send us your bill, and we will file a claim for your roadside service. If the part causing the issue is still covered under warranty, we will file two claims, provided you bring us the parts.
